Product Description
TNC (Threaded Neill-Concelman) connector is an RF coaxial connector optimized for connection stability. Designed specifically for complex signal transmission scenarios including high frequency and high vibration environments, it is widely used across multiple industries. This connector represents an upgraded version of the threaded BNC connector, featuring a precision thread design with 32 teeth per inch.
Compared to BNC snap-on connections, the TNC connector achieves anti-vibration connection at a torque of 30N·m. It maintains secure connections even in strong vibration environments such as vehicles and aviation applications. The connector withstands over 500 insertion and extraction cycles and demonstrates reduced contact failure problems after long-term use.
Constructed from plug, socket, insulator, housing, and fasteners, the connector utilizes high-performance materials including polytetrafluoroethylene insulators to prevent signal distortion. The casing is manufactured from aviation-grade brass or stainless steel with a 5μm thick chemical nickel-gold coating, passing 48-hour salt spray tests while maintaining contact resistance below 5MΩ. Models with silicone rubber O-ring seals provide excellent water and dust resistance.
